You’re not alone.

Three Asian American Christian women walk into menopause — and they’re not leaving without talking about it.

We’re not experts. We’re just living it. We’re covering the hot flashes, the faith questions, the things your doctor glossed over, and the topics that somehow always end up on the table anyway. Unfiltered, unhinged, and unapologetically us.

For women who long to love more openheartedly, live fully into all God has purposed for them, and embrace each season as the gift it is.

Would you join us?

Perimenopause and menopause comes with all kinds of unexpected changes: brain fog, acne (yes, it’s a thing for some women, including Joyce!), and just when you think you’re almost done, your period unexpectedly comes back (Jenn says, “It’s so rude!”).

Life’s not meant to live alone. We’re meant to live in community. So what does that mean? What does friendship look like in this season? What does honesty and vulnerability look like? What do authentic relationships feel like especially after we’ve been met by moments of hurt and disappointment?

We’re Yulee, Jenn, and Joyce—friends who are learning to embrace this season with curiosity, humor, and hope. Like many women, we’re juggling careers, marriages, parenting teens and young adults, caregiving, ministry, and changing bodies.

We want to demystify aging and share how good this season can also be!  We feel more free, more joyful, and more authentically ourselves than ever before. We’re also taking care of our bodies – eating good food, using better skincare products, and making time for the things that restore us. We are also followers of Jesus and seek to keep growing and becoming who God is calling us to be.

Women on the Pause is an invitation to slow down, pay attention, wonder, connect, laugh often  and discover that this pause is not the end of the story—it may be the beginning of something beautiful.

Pull up a chair. Join the conversation. We’re so glad you’re here.
